Gift of the Holy Spirit

GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Departure gift of Jesus is the Holy Spirit. John 16:4-8. “It is expedient for you that I go away…if I depart, I will send Him unto you, and when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of Judgement.”

Role of the Holy Spirit. John 16:13-15. “ When He, the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth…He will show you things to come. He shall glorify me, for He shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you...”

The spirit of adoption. Romans 8:15-17. “…ye have received the Spirit od adoption, whereby we cry, Abba Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ…”

The empowering of the Holy Ghost. Romans 15:13. “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that ye may aboud in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

The Holy Ghost imparts the love of God. Romans 5:5. “…The love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”

Dwelling in God. I John 4:13. “Hereby know we that we dwell ih Him, and He in us, because he hath given us of His Spirit.”
