Israel in the End Times.m4a

There are Bible Prophesies referring to Israel in the End Times including the Tribulation, Armageddon, restoration of the Jews to the Messiah, the Return of Christ and His Millenial reign on earth, The New Heaven and The New Earth.

During Christ’s ministry on earth, majority of the people of Israel did not accept Him as the Son of God who came to redeem sinful man.

  1. John 1:11 “He came to His own and His own people did not receive Him.”

  2. Luke 19:41 “When He drew near and saw the city, He wept over it, saying, ‘Would that you had even known on this day the things that make for peace, but now they are hidden from your eyes…because you did not know the time of your visitation.”

  3. Nation of Israel would be dispersed in the first century AD, yet would be regathered to their land and reborn as a nation. This occurred when Israel became a nation in 1948 with the return of a significant number of Jews to Israel in addition to the nation being re-established. God was preparing Israel and the world for end-time events.

Old Testament prophesies.

  1. Isaiah 10:20-22 “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smotethem; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return.”

  2. Ezekiel 36:24-28 “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote them; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.”

  3. Zechariah 8:12 “For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.”

New Testament prophesies

  1. Luke 21:23-24 “In those days, for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles…”

  2. John 1:11 “He came to His own and His own receive Him not.”

  3. Acts 1:6-7 “When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.”

  4. Acts 3:21 “Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”

The Process of Restoration
All the prophets agree that Israel’s last-days restoration would involve a two-phase process. First, there would be a physical return to the Land and then a spiritual return to God. That is, Israel would return to the Land in unbelief for the purpose of coming to belief.

Jeremiah 24:6-7 states: “I will bring them back to this land… Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.”

the New Jerusalem, is the fulfillment of all promises made to Adam, Abraham, Moses, David, and those in exile. It is the city for which Abraham longed, and in it there is no longer any curse!

The New Exodus is the name of the category of prophecies which speak of the Messiah restoring Israel and Judah in the last days. One of the primary texts in Isaiah 11.

Then it will happen on that day that the Lord Will again recover the second time with His hand The remnant of His people, who will remain, From Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, And from the islands of the sea. (Isaiah 11:11)
