Parable of the Lost Coin. Luke 15:8-10.

1. One of ten coins lost vs. one of 100 sheep.

2. She feels responsible for the loss which is a valuable asset which she had earned by great effort, and is a part of her most valuable possession.

3. She diligently searches for it until she finds it. Jesus emptied himself seeking the lost to redeem.

4. She calls her friends and neighbors to rejoice with her.

5. “There is joy in presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
